30 DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are making a return, it means that you have purchased one of our products and we would like to say, “thank you!” and let’s make whatever it is that is causing the return, right. We want you to enjoy your purchase as much as we enjoyed designing and creating it. So if you have a problem, we have a problem and we will do our best to fix it! Take a look at the following instructions for your return.
- Please carefully inspect and test our product and take note of your order number. We will except returns in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your packing slip.
- No explanation is needed. Just send us an email with your order number and what you are returning.

- We will contact you when we receive your item and refund your funds in the original form of payment. It is usually sooner, but may take up to 4 weeks to post a refund to your bank. We cannot refund shipping costs, but will pay for return shipping if your return is due to our error (you received the wrong or defective item).
- If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a shipping service that can track your package or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
